Cancel Membership

You can cancel your Veloza Fitness Membership at any time, with no fee. Fill in the form below with the email address you signed up with. If you cancel before your next renewal date, you will not be charged again. We email you a cancellation confirmation within one business day, and your access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Want a refund too? Say so in the message box. Any charge from the last 30 days is refunded in full. You can also cancel by email at support@veloza-store.com or by phone at +1 803-710-8921 (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time).
