- Your payment method is charged once, when you place your order. You will not be charged again unless you place a new order.
- Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice. If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will let you know and refund you for that item.

Refunds
You can request a full refund on any order, for any reason, at any time, without returning the item. To request a refund, email support@veloza-store.com or call +1 803-710-8921 with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. Refunds go to your original payment method; we email you when the refund is issued, and it usually appears within 5–10 business days. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
